As a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach, trained personally by world renowned psychologist Dr Shefali, I support parents to move away from old generational patterns and reactive parenting, into a place of deeper understanding, emotional safety and genuine connection with their children. Whether you are raising toddlers with big feelings, navigating school age challenges, or guiding pre-teen’s|teenagers through life’s ups and downs, my approach is always secure, responsive and nurturing, for both you and your child.
Parenting can be messy, triggering, and overwhelming and that is okay and VERY normal, you are HUMAN. Together, we will work through those moments, helping you regulate your own emotions so you can respond to your child with calm and clarity.
