Please find some important information below that you need to know before we get started.
How it works:
Our initial 1:1- 45 minute consultation
From here, I will create your personalised Sleep Plan based on what we have discussed and the information provided from the questionnaire that you filled out when booking your appointment.
You will receive seven support phone calls over a two-week period, please book your SEVEN calls via the link you also received in your confirmation email. The calls are booked every 2nd day, commencing the morning after the night you started. I try to be on time, but due the nature of my business, I am often running a little behind, I will always contact you to let you know if I am and if the time doesn’t suit you please message me back of a time that does.
In addition, you will also have unlimited support via WhatsApp messages. Please know that you can message me at any time. I am here to support you and I will endeavour to get back to you right away, however, please allow up to three hours for a reply. If I have not responded within this time, please give me a friendly reminder, either via SMS or on WhatsApp.
Some important things to know:
Please ask as many questions as you wish, no question is too small. The more you ask, the more you learn.
If by chance I have accidentally not returned a message, please know this is NEVER intentional and please do not hesitate to give me a gentle reminder via a WhatsApp message.
By the second week your baby/child’s sleep will have improved and your confidence will be so much higher, however please continue to update your Sleep Log.
If I do not hear from you for a period of time or if we miss any of our pre-arranged calls, I will assume that everything is going well and you no longer require my support.
It is important that we do have our last scheduled call to say our goodbyes, while also ensuring that you’re feeling empowered and confident with your baby/child’s sleep.
On completion of our time together and after our final call, you will receive a link to join our Bub2sleep Family Facebook community. It is a great place for all our fellow Bub2sleep families to chat about all things sleep, Donna will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
Messages will not be responded to on a Sunday as this is our only day off, honouring time with family
Safe Sleep Practices
Client agrees to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations. This is a non-negotiable for Bub2sleep operations.
Client agrees to check with their doctor if there are any medical conditions or any parental concerns that may prevent them from safely participating in the Bub2sleep Sleep Nurturing Program.
Client agrees to disclose any medical condition to Bub2sleep at the beginning and throughout the Bub2sleep Sleep Nurturing Program.
Bub2sleep’s advice is NOT intended to be a substitute for medical advice or treatment. ALWAYS seek the advice of your doctor or qualified health professional regarding any matters that require medical attention or diagnosis and before commencing with Bub2sleep and following our advice and using the techniques described in The Sleep Sense Program/B2S. Reliance on any information provided by Bub2sleep is solely at your own risk.
You are to follow your parental instinct and always attend to your baby when required. This is not a Cry It Out method. You are there to support and guide your baby.
